Group (5 - 10)	$150 per group	Group rate includes up to 5 CME/CEU registrations. Additional CME/CEU registrations are $30 per person.
Group (11 - 50)	$300 per group	Group rate includes up to 11 CME/CEU registrations. Additional CME/CEU registrations (up to 20) are $25 per person. Additional CME/CEU registrations beyond 20 (up to 50) are $20 per person.

All individuals and groups registering for 4 or more webinars in the series will receive a 25% discount on the registration total.
